Data Deletion Instructions

Promptating uses Meta APIs to operate its own Threads, Instagram, and Facebook accounts (@promptating). This app is an internal tool for the Promptating editorial team. It does not log in to other users’ accounts.

Data we handle

• Comments on our posts: We store the author’s username and comment text so we can reply. We delete them after 90 days.
• Public posts found through keyword search: We store the author’s username, post text, and post URL so we can write helpful replies to public posts about AI use. We automatically delete them after 30 days.
• Post statistics: We store only the views, likes, and comment counts for our posts. These statistics do not identify individuals.

We do not use this data for advertising or sales, or share it with other services.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected].
2. Use the subject line “Data deletion request” and include your Threads or Instagram username in the message.
3. Within 30 days, we will delete all comments and search records associated with that username and confirm by email.
