Promptating 은 자체 SNS 계정(Threads, Instagram, Facebook @promptating)을 운영하려고 Meta 의 API 를 씁니다. 이 앱은 Promptating 편집팀만 쓰는 내부 도구이며, 다른 이용자의 계정으로 로그인하지 않습니다.

다루는 데이터

• 우리 게시물에 달린 댓글: 답글을 달려고 작성자 이름과 댓글 내용을 저장합니다. 90일 뒤 지웁니다.
• 키워드 검색으로 찾은 공개 게시물: AI 사용에 대한 공개 글에 도움 되는 답글을 달려고, 작성자 이름과 글 내용, 게시물 주소를 저장합니다. 30일 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다.
• 게시물 통계: 우리 게시물의 조회, 좋아요, 댓글 수만 저장합니다. 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 없습니다.

모은 데이터는 광고, 판매, 다른 서비스와의 공유에 쓰지 않습니다.

삭제 요청 방법

1. [email protected] 으로 메일을 보내 주세요.
2. 제목에 “데이터 삭제 요청”, 본문에 Threads 또는 Instagram 사용자 이름을 적어 주세요.
3. 30일 안에 해당 사용자 이름과 관련된 댓글, 검색 기록을 모두 지우고 메일로 알려 드립니다.

Data deletion instructions (English)

Promptating uses Meta APIs only to operate its own accounts (@promptating on Threads, Instagram and Facebook). This app is an internal tool used by the Promptating editorial team; it does not log in other users.

We store: comments on our own posts (username and text, deleted after 90 days); public posts found through keyword search, to reply helpfully (username, text, permalink, deleted automatically after 30 days); and aggregate insights for our own posts. We never sell or share this data.

To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Threads or Instagram username. We will delete all related data within 30 days and confirm by email.
